In meeting with Matt yesterday he also asked me what process I want to take people through. What is my starting point? What is the goal for the end result? I’m not sure that this is my final answer, but so far here is what I’ve got. (Note: This is merely a rough outline that I am brainstorming.)

We want people to:

• Sit under Biblical teaching
  • Large group
  • Small group
• Stand among disciples
  • Small group
  • Service
• Go into the World
  • People catch the vision and become missionaries in their current culture
