Today I am meeting with some of the West Ridge Executive Pastors, and getting ready for the church planting school that will be starting on Saturday. I am continually reminded of what a blessing it is to have access to the West Ridge staff.

Last week I went to lunch with Brian and some church planters and listened while these guys just hammered him with question after question. They listened and hung on his every word, some furiously scribbling notes and others making mental ones. Brian had some great things to say and lots of insight about leadership, planting and pastoring.

It’s going to be a good day.
